With the Last Band Standing competition clock ticking and the massive final gig at The Cockpit just over a month away, the Last Band Standing team have been inundated with requests to extend the deadline of the competition. Sobowing to popular demand, the official closing date for entries has been extended to midnight on Sunday, October 26th 2008. This means 7 additional days to get your track uploaded and if youre already signed up get those all important votes from your fans!Remember, this competition is the ultimate battle of unsigned bands in the UK, and the panel of judges are listening to your music throughout the campaign. You never know if you have what theyre looking for, whether you are the Last Band Standing or not!
With industry 'bigwigs' such as Nat Nissim of Fiction Records, record producer George Shilling, NME photojournalist Guy Eppel, James Merrit of Kiss and XFMs Gareth Brooks all casting their ear over the entries, be sure to sign up to the competition and get heard!
